Born and raised in Carmel, Indiana, Mike Deck has spent more than three decades helping clients buy and sell homes in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis. A trusted expert in the luxury and custom home markets across Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Fishers, and Noblesville, Mike has built a reputation for market knowledge, personal integrity, and a commitment to results. After launching his career in 1992, Mike went on to own and operate a successful real estate brokerage for nearly 20 years before founding Team Deck—one of the top-performing real estate teams in Indiana. Today, partnered with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty, Mike leads the #1 Team in Central Indiana by closed sales volume. His career sales exceed $1.3 billion. Team Deck has been recognized as one of the Top Berkshire Hathaway teams in the nation.

Known for his strategic insight and strong relationships, Mike is especially skilled at navigating off-market opportunities and matching clients with homes before they ever hit the market. He has also become the leading expert in golf course communities, including The Bridgewater Club, Chatham Hills, and Holliday Farms—neighborhoods he knows both professionally and personally.

Mike is a proud graduate of Carmel High School and Hanover College, where he played collegiate baseball. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on the golf course at Bridgewater, spending time with his wife Shannon, their dog Georgia, and their five children.
