About Kara Brennan

Kara Brennan joined Team Deck in 2023 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. As Client Relations Manager, Kara wears many hats behind the scenes, helping to create a memorable, concierge-style experience for our clients long after closing.

From arranging thoughtful closing gifts and coordinating seasonal client pop-bys, to managing the team’s CRM and organizing Team Deck’s annual holiday gift operation (a full-blown Santa’s workshop), Kara brings Mike’s signature white-glove service vision to life with creativity, precision, and heart.

Before joining the team, Kara was a kindergarten teacher, a role that sharpened her skills in organization, problem-solving, and meaningful communication- all of which she brings to her work in real estate. A graduate of Guerin Catholic High School and Ball State University, she now lives in Chatham Hills with her husband Aaron, their two daughters, Scarlett and Miller, and their dog, Rookie.

Whether she’s helping coordinate a surprise delivery or keeping our systems running behind the scenes, Kara plays a key role in helping Team Deck maintain strong relationships with clients and create lasting impressions.
