About Alyssa McCardel

Since joining Team Deck in 2020, Alyssa McCardel has been the engine behind the scenes and a constant point of contact for clients navigating their purchase or sale. As Executive Assistant, she plays a pivotal role in every transaction- handling contracts, coordinating inspections and repairs, showing homes, scheduling closings, assisting with photography appointments, and managing title work.

Alyssa is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to keep things running smoothly- even when unexpected challenges arise. Her calm, solutions-oriented mindset ensures that no task goes unfinished and no client question goes unanswered.

With a background in interior design and a natural eye for aesthetics, Alyssa also brings creative insight to the listing preparation process. She loves getting to know each client and supporting them during such a meaningful milestone.

Originally from Southwest Florida, Alyssa graduated from Michigan State University and now lives in Bridgewater with her husband Cole, their son and daughter, and their dog, Palmer. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness classes, a great glass of wine, and golf cart rides around the neighborhood with her family.
